What payment methods do you accept?

We currently Accept Paypal, Amazon Pay as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Apple Pay. So yea, pretty much everything.

I entered the wrong Shipping / Billing address, what do I do?

Oh no! We understand mistakes happen, head on over to the Contact Us page and shoot as a line with your name, order number and what needs to be changed and we’ll get it taken care of for you ASAP.

I can’t checkout, it’s not working.

How much is shipping?

Orders above $50 receive FREE Standard Shipping (5-7 Days), You also have the choice of purchasing Expedited Shipping (2 Days) and Priority Shipping (Next Day).

How long before my order arrives?

Based on the Shipping Speed you selected your order will be delivered in its window, Standard Shipping (5-7 Days), You also have the choice of purchasing Expedited Shipping (2 Days) and Priority Shipping (Next Day).

Sometimes you won’t see your order on Standard Shipping shipped until just a few days before it’s maximum time of 7 days, but rest assured we’ll ship it faster to make sure you get it within the window purchased.

My order hasn’t shipped yet, can I add an item to it?

Sorry, we don’t store credit card data (for your security). You’ll have to place a second order for that missing item.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Depending on where you live your order could ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS. We work closely with the largest shipping logistics company in the world to get it to you the fastest way possible.

Discount Codes

Can I combine discount codes?

Sorry, discount codes cannot be combined.

My code isn’t working, what can I do?

It’s possible the promotion has ended, if you feel that isn’t the case go ahead and Contact Us and we’ll take a look for you.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t right now, but that will change very soon. Contact Us if you want to be added to the notification list of when our international shipping opens up.

Are all website prices in USD?

Yes, we’re a Florida company and all our banking and company filing is in the United States and USD Currency.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All orders come with a 30 Day return window and orders returned within this window will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price.

Do you offer return shipping?

At this time we do not cover return shipping labels or postage. We're working hard with our fulfillment partners, and hope to change this soon.

Where do I return my order to?
