The Golden Ticket = A Bigger Mission
At Walmart’s Open Call in late 2024, we stood alongside thousands of small businesses hoping for a shot. Walking out with a Golden Ticket meant PupGrade made the cut, and that one of the world’s biggest retailers believed in what we were building.
For us, it was validation that small businesses can create meaningful solutions for dogs everywhere.
For you and your pup, it was a promise that your pup’s wellbeing matters, and that the products you rely on deserve a place where you already shop. It marked the start of bringing those solutions straight to you.”

The First Launch = A Celebration of Community
In May 2025, PupGrade officially landed on Walmart shelves for the very first time.
For us, it meant years of hard work paying off — seeing our products alongside household names and knowing that a small, passionate team had made it there.
For you and your pup, it meant PupGrade became easier to find, easier to trust, and just a short trip away on your weekly Walmart run.
And what’s a big milestone without a little celebration? After months of hard work, it felt good to let our team — and our PupGrade pups — off the leash for an evening, surrounded by our local community.
We brought the pet parents of Tampa Bay together for a launch paw-ty, a night where dogs could simply be dogs and pup parents could connect with one another. Walmart’s very own Chris Buchanan even joined us, sharing what small businesses mean to Walmart and celebrating alongside our community.
For us, it meant hearing your stories firsthand — the struggles, the small wins, and the excitement of finally seeing PupGrade on shelves. Those conversations (and moments like Chris’s support) continue to guide our decisions today.
For you and your pup, it meant being part of something bigger — a brand that listens, a community that cares, and a celebration of the bond we all share with our pups.
